CAN I RETURN THE ITEM?

All items are non-exchangeable except for items that are

1. Defective/damaged upon delivery:

Items must be unused and packed in its original packing material

All issues must be reported within 2 days upon receival of item

All exchange and return have to be made within 7 days upon receival of item

2. Incorrect (wrong size or totally wrong product nature as the one purchased online):

Items must be unused and packed in its original packing material in sellable condition

All issues must be reported within 2 days upon receival of item

All exchange and return have to be made within 7 days upon receival of item

Upon receival of items, inspect them and report any issues within 2 days

Take a photograph of the defective or incorrect item and fill up the returns form

We will get back to you on the next steps to take

Drop off the item at our retail store in Singapore
